Our Temporary Intensive Support Services
| Managing outside legal expenses has two phases. During
the first phase (the "heavy lifting phase") the effort is
focused on lowering outside legal expenses. During the second phase
the effort is directed to maintaining the savings achieved and expanding
upon them.
While we believe that managing outside legal expenses is an in-house function, we recognize that some legal departments desire some support during the heavy lifting phase of law cost management in order to lower outside legal expenses as much as possible as quickly as possible. And they determine that, in light of their limited resources and/or
their heavy workload, outside support for a pre-determined limited period of time, is best for their department
and their corporation. |
