Our Four Easy Pieces will move from your shoulders to ours the "heavy lifting" phase of law cost management, i.e., the phase during which costs are brought down to reasonable levels.

We begin with a review of the bills of recently completed matters of all, or a selected group, of your firms.  These reviews are followed by discussions (by you and/or us) of our findings with the firms. 

Next, a follow up review is conducted three months later of all bills from those firms for the intervening period.  As before, these reviews are followed by discussions (by you and/or us) of our findings with the firms.

A final review is undertaken three months later.  The expectation is that this final review will uncover few, if any, problems, as your firms have come to understand what is expected of them. 

Our reviews are then followed by your ongoing reviews of a sampling of your bills to assure that old practices do not reappear and new efficiencies are caught at the earliest possible stage, and to assist in managing your firms to further efficiencies.
