A LawCost Management Department
Analysis reviews the manner in which you have deployed your in-house resources
with respect to your management of outside legal expenses and how well your law
cost management efforts are functioning on a day-to-day basis.
The objective is to provide you with feedback
as to (i) whether possibilities exist for more effective or efficient use of
those resources, (ii) whether present methods employed in managing legal
expenses are as effective as they could be, and (iii) whether opportunities for
further savings exist with respect to your annual legal spend.
Our LawCost Management Department Analysis
includes on-site interviews with up to 6 people in your department to whom law
cost management responsibilities have been assigned and interviews with
representatives of 4 of your law firms.
In addition we will provide one
LawCost Management Seminar for your people (a
morning and an afternoon session or two morning sessions) and undertake a
Focus Setting Review of up to $1,000,000 of your legal
bills
